Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>In attuazione della Legge 26 ottobre 1995 n. 447,tutti i comuni sono tenuti a redigere degli studi di classificazione acustica per le varie parti del loro territorio comunale. Tale classificazione in zone acustiche differenziate fornisce il quadro di riferimento per valutare i livelli di rumore presenti o previsti nel territorio comunale e, quindi, la base per programmare interventi e misure di controllo o riduzione dell'inquinamento acustico.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>La zonizzazione è inoltre un indispensabile strumento di prevenzione per una corretta pianificazione, ai fini della tutela dall'inquinamento acustico, delle nuove aree di sviluppo urbanistico o per la verifica di compatibilità dei nuovi insediamenti o infrastrutture in aree già urbanizzate.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
